Job description
FCA in Kentucky seeks a Director to grow the ministry by prayer, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International, in Laurel County and surrounding areas.
The Director will develop and execute a ministry plan aligned with the Regional Vice President, staff, and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision and Mission, while fostering a culture of discipleship and biblical integrity across all programs.
