Job description
FCA is seeking an Area Director in Dickinson to advance ministry across local schools and communities. The director will pray, staff, and fund the ministry through established Advancement Lanes and align with regional leadership to fulfill FCA's mission.
The ideal candidate is a mature disciple of Jesus Christ with a passion for sports, experience as an athlete or coach, and a proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff and volunteers while building partnerships with churches and donors.
