Join our enthusiastic team as an Area Director and take charge of all restaurant operations in your designated area. You will directly supervise General Managers, enforce operational standards, and ensure top-notch quality and service. Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise 5-6 General Managers
Enforce Company Operations standards for quality and cleanliness
Monitor financial and operating performance; develop action plans for improvement
Hire and develop management staff; support training programs
Ensure compliance with HR laws; address employee complaints
Implement sales building strategies and achieve HR goals
Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
Extended periods of walking and/or standing
