Job description
Chartwells K-12, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an experienced Area Director to lead CHARTWELLS K12 FOOD SERVICE operations in Central and Southwest CT. You will oversee a large team of in-unit directors, support client relations, financial performance, and business growth across multiple school districts.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will visit clients, ensure adherence to policies, mentor staff, and drive service excellence in education dining programs.
