Job description
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry by coordinating staffing, fundraising, and board and donor activities in the Maryland area. This role aligns with the Regional VP and FCA policies to execute a comprehensive ministry plan across ministries, boards, donors, talent and international initiatives.
The Director leads staff and volunteers, fosters discipleship, and ensures biblical standards in all FCA operations.
