Job description
Shake Shack in Washington, DC is seeking an Area Director to lead multiple Shack teams, driving guest experience and brand standards across the area. You will recruit, develop, and retain leaders while guiding GM collaboration, budgeting, and performance targets.
Responsibilities include P&L management, safety and compliance, community partnerships, and ongoing staff development. Travel about 50% is expected as part of overseeing diverse locations and maintaining consistent hospitality.
