Job description
The FCA MoCo Area Director leads ministry growth across Montgomery County by praying, staffing, and funding the area through strategic Advancement lanes. S/he aligns with the Regional Vice President, staff, and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision and Mission, and to live FCA values in developing and executing a ministry plan.
The Director builds a culture of discipleship by guiding staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes, fostering partnerships with local churches and donors to sustain and expand
