Job description
Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Santa Clarita seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area in alignment with the FCA Vision, Mission, and Values. The role leads a strategic ministry plan across ministry lanes and works with staff, boards, and donors to disciple athletes and coaches.
The Director will cast a clear vision, recruit and develop staff and volunteers, fundraise effectively, and ensure FCA policies and biblical standards guide daily operations.
