The Director in Seattle leads the FCA Advancement lanes, growing ministry through prayer, staffing, and funding, aligned with the Regional Vice President, staff and board(s), to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission. This role drives strategic discipleship in the Sports Environments and oversees Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International advancement.
