Job description
FCA is seeking a Director in Bend, Oregon to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area, in alignment with the Regional Vice President and boards. This role leads advancement efforts across ministry, talent, boards, and donor engagement while ensuring FCA policies and biblical standards are upheld.
The Director will recruit and develop staff and volunteers, foster a culture of prayer and discipleship, and partner with churches and coaches to extend FCA’s mission in sports
