Job description
WhiteWater Express is seeking an Area Director to oversee 4–10 locations, driving operational excellence, people development, and financial performance. You will report to the Regional Director and collaborate with General Managers to ensure the success across sites.
This leadership role requires strong P&L experience, strategic planning, and a passion for guest experience in a fast-paced outdoor environment. A competitive compensation package includes base salary plus bonus potential.
