Job description
WhiteWater Express in Michigan seeks an Area Director to oversee 4–10 locations, driving operational excellence, team development, and financial performance across the region. Reporting to Regional Director and VP, the AD leads store operations, facilities, staffing, and customer engagement, with a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus bonus up to $30,000.
This role requires 5+ years of multi-unit leadership, strong P&L skills, and a commitment to building a high-performance leadership pipeline
