Mission Health Communities is looking to hire a full-time Area Director of Business Development who will facilitate marketing and business development for a few of our amazing Communities in our Kansas North Region! The Area Director of Business Development is responsible for business development, admissions process and the development and maintenance of daily census. Represents the facility to professionals and the community to expand referral base. Continuously analyzing the marketplace and determining the changing needs of the facility’s consumers.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AREA DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
REQUIRED: 3 years' experience in health care related marketing.
Preferred: experience with Point Click Care.
Preferred: Nursing degree.
Computer knowledgeable including word and Excel.
A desire to work with seniors.
Ability to travel throughout the various states where we manage communities.
