Job description
InnVentures IVI LP in the San Jose area seeks an Area Director of Sales to lead and inspire the hotel sales teams across Hilton Garden Inn San Jose Airport and Residence Inn Palo Alto. You will drive new business, mentor staff, and align strategy with ownership and revenue management.
You will build relationships with key clients, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and plan annual marketing strategies to grow market share.
