Job description
Atrium Hospitality's Springdale Holiday Inn seeks a Senior Sales Leader to drive revenue and propel growth across Group, Transient, and Event segments. You will recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing sales teams while partnering with hotel leadership on pricing, marketing, and inventory strategies.
Lead a proactive prospecting program and turn opportunities into loyal customers, mentoring DOSMs and collaborating across hotels to maximize results.
