Job description
FCA seeks an Area Director to oversee ministry in the Salt Lake City area. This role partners with the Regional Vice President, staff and boards to grow the ministry through prayer, staffing, and fundraising within the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International.
You will equip staff and volunteers, recruit and develop leaders, and ensure FCA’s programs align with biblical standards while expanding reach and impact in the Sports Environments.
