Job description
Youth ministry leader Young Life Incorporated seeks an Area Director II to guide and grow local outreach across clubs and campaigns. You will supervise volunteers and staff, develop teams, and advance ministry with prayer and partnership.
The role demands ministry experience, strong leadership, donor relations, and effective communication. A college degree is preferred, and Core Training must be completed within 36 months of hire.
