Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain seeks an Area Director to oversee operations and program compliance for designated Clubs in Wayne and Greene counties. Lead Leaders, volunteers, and staff to deliver high-quality youth programs with a focus on safety, development, and engagement.
Responsibilities include budgeting, facility management, and community relations, ensuring program excellence and adherence to grant requirements while supporting staff development across multiple clubs.
