Job description
H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices. You will set expectations for consultative service, drive performance, and ensure every location delivers an exceptional client experience.
You'll lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams, and balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership across offices. This role requires traveling between locations to maintain daily in‑person presence and ensure consistency in delivery.
