H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience with clear expectations for service, operations, and business results.
You’ll develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance in every office. As a hands-on, onsite leader, you’ll balance strategy with in‑office presence.
