H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to manage 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while guiding revenue and business outcomes.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, and drive readiness, staffing, and compliance across offices.
