You will set expectations for consultative service, operational excellence, and team performance while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, foster a welcoming, confident atmosphere, and own office readiness including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
