Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and align staffing, facilities, and daily operations to drive client outcomes and business performance. As a visible, hands-on leader, you will travel between offices, ensure readiness, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
