Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience and strong operational execution. You will set expectations for consultative service, coach teams, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across locations.
You’ll develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing, travel between offices, and drive revenue and business outcomes with data-driven decision making.
