H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to manage a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and own office readiness and operational execution across locations.
As a hands-on, in-office leader, you will balance strategic oversight with daily presence, travel between offices, and a focus on client outcomes and business results.
