H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, consultative client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, ensuring staff readiness and high-quality service in every office.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, drive performance, and manage staffing, facilities, and compliance to meet client and business goals.
