Job description
H&R Block in the United States is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive consistent performance and readiness for seasonal demand.
