Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive operational readiness, and align staffing, facilities, and compliance with business goals.
As a visible leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, monitoring performance, and driving growth across offices. Travel between locations is expected to maintain in-person leadership.
