Job description
H&R Block, Inc. seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive strong execution across multiple locations.
As a hands‑on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, use data to guide decisions, and own performance, revenue, and operational results. Occasional travel between offices is required.
