Job description
H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive results.
You’ll own office readiness—staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations—traveling between offices to maintain in-person presence and support client needs and growth.
