Job description
H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, driving a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across multiple locations.
You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations while driving revenue growth and operational performance. Occasional travel to maintain in-person presence is required.
