Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Pros and Client Service Pros, set expectations, and drive top performance with hands-on leadership and strategic oversight.
You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations while driving revenue, growth, and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
