Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, ensuring a consultative client experience and strong performance across all locations.
You’ll own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while traveling between offices to maintain in-person leadership and steady business results. Strong leadership and analytical skills are required.
