Job description
The Multi-Office Leader at H&R Block oversees 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, drive operational excellence, and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver results.
You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, manage staffing and compliance, and own revenue, growth, and performance across the office portfolio, including seasonal demand.
