Job description
H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to manage 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, consultative client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive revenue and operational performance while maintaining office readiness.
You will lead in-person across locations, monitor metrics, implement improvements, and oversee staffing, facilities, and onboarding to meet seasonal demand.
