Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing and compliance, and drive performance while maintaining exceptional client service.
You’ll be a visible, hands‑on leader balancing strategic oversight with in‑office presence, using data to improve results and client outcomes across offices.
