Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality, consultative client experience and strong operational execution. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, build high-performing teams, and drive business results across locations.
You will manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, traveling between offices to maintain visible leadership and ensure readiness for peak seasons.
