Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience, and drive business results.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and maintain office readiness through staffing, facilities, and compliance. You will lead with a hands‑on approach, monitor performance metrics, and travel between offices to ensure in‑person presence.
