H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience.
You’ll set expectations, guide consultative service, and align staffing, facilities, and processes to deliver excellence. You’ll develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach for performance, monitor metrics, and travel between offices to maintain an in-person presence.
