Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a superior client experience and consistent operations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and align priorities across locations to drive client outcomes and revenue growth.
You’ll own office readiness, including staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations, while developing bench strength and high-potential talent across the portfolio.
