H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to manage a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, oversee operations, and drive business results with hands-on leadership.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities across locations, and ensure office readiness, staffing, and compliance while traveling between offices as needed.
