Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align operations, and drive revenue and performance across offices.
In this hands-on role you’ll set expectations, monitor performance, manage staffing, facilities, and compliance, and travel between locations to maintain a strong in-person presence.
