Job description
H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and maintain office readiness in staffing, facilities, and compliance to drive business results.
You will travel between offices to lead with hands-on presence, reinforce standards, and build high-performing teams focused on client outcomes and growth.
