Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, driving a consistent, consultative client experience and strong operational performance.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, and ensure readiness across offices with staffing, facilities, and compliance oversight.
