Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices in Michigan. You will guide consultative service, ensure operational excellence, and drive client outcomes across locations.
As a hands-on, visible leader, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, monitor performance, and align initiatives to a high-performing, client-centric office network with in-person presence across sites. Occasional travel required.
