H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, while balancing strategic oversight with in‑office leadership to drive results. In this role, you’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, building high‑performing teams and ensuring readiness for seasonal demand.
