Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices in the Texas region, delivering a consistent client experience and strong business results across locations.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, drive operational excellence, staffing, facilities, and compliance while maintaining hands-on presence to ensure readiness and client satisfaction. This role requires travel between offices, evenings or weekends as needed.
