H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive operational readiness, and align staffing, facilities, and compliance to deliver exceptional service across locations. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, guiding teams to meet performance goals, adapt to new processes, and strengthen client outcomes.
