H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) overseeing 4-6 retail offices to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience, set expectations for consultative service, and drive business results.
You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams, ensure office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations, while traveling between locations to maintain in-person leadership.
