Job description
H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 offices, delivering a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive performance across locations.
You’ll own staff readiness, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations while traveling between offices to maintain a strong in‑person presence and client outcomes.
